How do you write for such a diverse group of people, each with their own unique experiences, varying levels of stress, and possibly deep-seated trauma? Ultimately, I realised that perhaps you can’t fully capture it all.

Having worked in various cafes, bars, and kitchens, I wanted to focus on the Food Safety qualification, HACCP. I’ve created a proposal for a short adventure game/HAACP education tool that aims to make food safety fundamentals engaging, easy to learn and always accessible.
